During the month of November, Burke County Family Connection, Inc. (BCFC) received a generous $2,500 donation from WGS3.0, Inc. to support individuals and families throughout Burke County with food and other essential items for the Thanksgiving holiday.
To ensure the assistance reached those most in need, BCFC partnered with two active community leaders, Ms. Annie Frazier and Mr. Demond Lewis. Together, they identified individuals and families experiencing hardship. Through this collaboration, 35 individuals and families received $50 gift cards, totaling $1,750 in direct support.

The remaining $750 of the donation was provided to Sisters Offering Service (SOS) to support their ongoing efforts to provide food and essential items to members of Burke County’s homeless population.
